As they say "Staying in is the new going out!" and exactly the same philosophy applies to today's Hen Parties. Pampering treats are a great alterative or addition to a traditional Hen Party, however as much as it is nice to spend a day at a Spa it can often be difficult to find Spa Packages that everyone can afford.
Booking a Pamper Party is the perfect option, with our fantastically priced treatment packages that can be tailored for any budget. No one is left out as you, your friends and even your mum and aunties can join in the celebrations.
Hen Day Pamper Parties are often held on a Saturday afternoon prior to a night out, so you can all truly feel and look your best after a luxurious day of pampering from the comfort of your own home. Hen Parties can also be held on an evening during the week if this is what your group would prefer.
When should I book?
Please try to book at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure that we can accommodate your requests and provide all of the treatments that you and your guests are requesting.
We are able to take last minute bookings (less than 2 weeks' notice) however the total balance would need to be paid upon booking and we ask that guests are flexible with their treatments choices.

We can never guarantee specific treatments until we have booked your therapist/s, however the more guests you have the wider range of treatments you will have able to choose from. Here is an Idea of some of the treatments that may be available;

10 Steps to the perfect Hen Day
- Assign one member of your group to look after all of the arrangements
- Choose your daytime location & start time
- Ring
- Arrange Simple Food to cook at home, get a take-away or book a local Restaurant
- Arrange Transport for your evening out
- check our activities page for options for your hen night
- Look online or visit your local party shop for some Hen Night decorations/costumes
- Send out Invites or e-mails to all of the people you want to invite including details of the treatment choices available and give them a RSVP date at least a week before you really need to know!
- Make sure you have a man free zone, give them a couple of jobs to do, or send them off for a few cheeky pints...
- Most of all-Relax, Have Fun and enjoy your Hen Party!

Accommodation
Refresh, Relax and Rest at the Ramada Encore Belfast City Centre. You’ll be able to work or unwind in comfort, deep in the heart of everything Belfast has to offer.
All 169 bedrooms are contemporary, bright, spacious and stylish in design. All rooms have direct dial telephones, tea and coffee making facilities, state of the art flat screen TV with Sky, radio channels and pay movie channels. If you need to get online we have broad band access in every room and Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
The modern ensuite bathrooms are equipped with a power shower, to invigorate you for the day ahead. Hairdryers are provided and if you forget some of your essential toiletries, don’t worry, we keep supplies at Reception for your convenience. We also provide a same day laundry and dry cleaning service so there’s no need to pack too much. We can arrange to have your clothes cleaned while you are out. Irons and ironing boards can be borrowed from Reception.

Our Standard rooms have a double bed, and a foldaway sofa bed, to accommodate 2 adults and up to 2 children up to the age of 18, and our twin rooms have two single beds to accommodate up to 2 people.
Restaurant & Bar
This 4* Belfast City Centre Hotel is home to the SQ Bar & Grill and the Hub Bar & Lounge, where you can relax with a drink and a bite to eat, in an informal and friendly atmosphere.
For the most important meal of the day - breakfast, you can enjoy a continental or full Irish breakfast in the restaurant area, for just £9.95 per person available daily from 7.00am to 10.00am weekdays and 7.30am to 10.30am weekends. It’s up to you; you can either grab up a cup of coffee and a pastry on your way to the office or sit down and enjoy the wide variety that is on offer.
