Team Challenges
Team Challenges are by far our most popular event- it caters for all abilities/ages and is guaranteed fun. Your group will be divided in a number of smaller teams, after an initial fun warm-up the teams rotate though the various activities competing against other teams at each and gaining valuable points.
There is no waiting around for things to happen you team are on the go all the time. A prize is awarded to the winning team.
CAN ALSO BE RUN INDOORS. Some examples of the activities:
Archery:
Robin Hood eat your heart out! This is the real thing: state of the art laminate bows, carbon fiber arrows. Can your team hit the bulls-eye? Your group are given a safety talk by our expert instructors then its over to you! We will help you get closer and closer to the bulls-eye and get your team as many points as possible. The team members must help and support each other as they take their shot.
Orienteering:
Your team must work together to find your way though dense forest and a maze of trails to find the location of the makers. When you find one you punch your control card to prove you got it then get out before another team sees you!
Team Challenges:
Guaranteed to get you laughing! You will compete against another team on a series of different fun and exciting challenges. You may have to get your team safely though The Maze, save the day by retrieving the Explosive Soup or build a bridge across a stream. We have loads of different challenges, all are non-strenuous and guaranteed fun.

Accommodation
Refresh, Relax and Rest at the Ramada Encore Belfast City Centre. You’ll be able to work or unwind in comfort, deep in the heart of everything Belfast has to offer.
All 169 bedrooms are contemporary, bright, spacious and stylish in design. All rooms have direct dial telephones, tea and coffee making facilities, state of the art flat screen TV with Sky, radio channels and pay movie channels. If you need to get online we have broad band access in every room and Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
The modern ensuite bathrooms are equipped with a power shower, to invigorate you for the day ahead. Hairdryers are provided and if you forget some of your essential toiletries, don’t worry, we keep supplies at Reception for your convenience. We also provide a same day laundry and dry cleaning service so there’s no need to pack too much. We can arrange to have your clothes cleaned while you are out. Irons and ironing boards can be borrowed from Reception.

Our Standard rooms have a double bed, and a foldaway sofa bed, to accommodate 2 adults and up to 2 children up to the age of 18, and our twin rooms have two single beds to accommodate up to 2 people.

This 3* Belfast City Centre Hotel is home to the SQ Bar & Grill and the Hub Bar & Lounge, where you can relax with a drink and a bite to eat, in an informal and friendly atmosphere.
For the most important meal of the day - breakfast, you can enjoy a continental or full Irish breakfast in the restaurant area, for just £9.95 per person available daily from 7.00am to 10.00am weekdays and 7.30am to 10.30am weekends. It’s up to you; you can either grab up a cup of coffee and a pastry on your way to the office or sit down and enjoy the wide variety that is on offer.
