Cave Crisis™:
The concept is straightforward, all your team needs to do is make a hot drink - but nothing in Cave Crisis™ is that simple. Your team will have to test its morale and co-operation to the limit: only as a united team can you achieve the objective. Important items have been lost within the labyrinth of the cave system, and it’s up to you and your team to recover them. Luckily, they’ve all been marked on a map of the cave, but you don’t have that map! Find the map, find the items, and you could overcome the cave crisis. Only time will tell if your team has what it takes.
The day starts with a briefing to the teams before you head off with an instructor to the cave finding the missing map pieces on the way. Once you have the knowledge you have time to plan your approach to the final challenge: your mission underground. Whilst in the cave system each team will work with a fully qualified cave guide, who will travel with you to ensure your complete safety. However, they will not show you the way to the items - that is up to you! If you can navigate through the three dimensional world of the cave, and retrieve all the items needed to make a hot drink, you will have succeeded!
Triumphant teams will be able to review the day’s adventure over a well-deserved drink. Everyone else will return home thirsty and disgraced!
Only ‘dry caves’ without active stream-ways are used. There is no danger of flooding
