Our Manchester hotels are well known chains. All rooms are en-suite, with TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Late bars and restaurants. Many of the hotels offer an indoor pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna & Gym

Aerial Runway (Zip Line)
1) Length 1 5 metres
2) Launch Platform accessed by a ladder
3) Launch platform 30 foot up a pole
4) Launch Platform I metre square
5) Gravity is the brake system used
6) Customer ends up 20 foot in the air
7) Customer has to abseil to the floor
8) All customers are issued and fitted with a climbing hard hat and a climbing harness
9) A safety line is used for the ladder climb
10) A second safety line is attached to the customer at the platform before the assent safety is removed
11) Customer is attached to a trolley via the climbing harness and also to another safety line
12) Client is sent from the platform down the zip line
13) Client passes the drop off zone then returns to the drop off zone
14) Client has to abseil to the floor under close supervision
15) 3 staff operate the zip line. A) Puts on helmet and climbing harness
+ is the drop off staff member B) Checks the helmet and the harness at the foot of the ladder + belays the client up the ladder C) Platform operator
16) All staff are highly trained and are constantly checked on their competence. They explain everything to the client at each stage
17) The zip line is a 3 stage adrenalin piece of equipment. 1) Climb 30 foot up a ladder, 2) Zip down a wire hanging in mid air ‘flying’ 3) Abseil 20 foot to the ground
There are no risks, all risks are perceived only.
Restrictions:
The only restrictions relate to the individuals ability to climb a ladder & to follow instructions. We have climbing harnesses which cater for kids to adults. The maximum weight limit is 1 8stone (115kg).
GIANT SWING
1) Consists of 3 telegraph poles. 2 are parallel to each other from which a giant trapeze is suspended approx 10 foot off the ground
2) The 3rd pole is set back away from the 2 but is central between them
3) The 3rd pole has an electric winch attached to it
4) Clients are issued with and filled to a safety helmet and a climbing harness
5) Clients climb onto a moveable platform
6) Clients are then attached to the trapeze using the climbing harness
7) Clients sit into the harness and are suspended from the pole of the trapeze
8) The platform is removed
9) A rope is then attached through 2 belay devices to attach the trapeze to the winch
10) Clients hold this rape as this is the release system
11) Clients are then winched 37 foot into the air towards the 3~ pole
12) Once the motor cuts off, clients let go of the rope. This then releases them and they drop/ then swing. At the fastest point they will experience 3 x the force of gravity
13) A wicked adrenalin rush
14) There are 10 different ways to be harnessed to the swing
15) We offer a 10 swing challenge!! No-one apart from staff has completed the challenge!!
